Client: Maryland Department of Transportation (MDOT)

Minimum Qualification:

At least 5 years' experience in each of the following areas:

• Creation, modification and management of relational databases

• Expertise in Visual Basic for Applications

• Experience with various versions/releases of Microsoft Access

• Experience with various versions/releases of Microsoft Windows operating systems

• Documentation of programming code

• Experience with system users to address specific technical needs

• Demonstrated analytical and troubleshooting skills
