Senior ScrumMaster
Job Requirements
Required Experience:
·         Expert level of understanding of ScrumMaster principles and techniques
·         Familiar with mentoring a Product Owner who has never been in the role before
·         3-5 years' experience Scrumming Agile projects
The preferred qualifications of the ideal candidate are:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related field and/or equivalent experience including approximately 3 - 5 years' experience Scrumming Agile Projects as well as experience with companies that have transitioned from Waterfall methodology to Agile and Certification by the Scrum Alliance.
