SAP CRM/OTC lead. This person should be techno-functional. Have certification from SAP and be able to implement and serve in an advisory capacity.CRM Partner Management, CRM Marketing & Campaign Management, CRM Service Management, CRM Internet Sales: Product Catalog, Catalog Variants, Catalog Views, Product Proposals, CRM & ECC Quotation and Sales order processing, CRM IC Web Client: Inbound Call Center and Outbound Call, ERMS (Email Response Management System), CRM Middleware configuration. On the OTC side they must be familiar with complex pricing and pricing structures.
