We have requirement with our  client for a Configuration Management Administrator.  Must have experience with Changeman or Endeavor.  The client expects the CMT to be able to perform configuration Management Technician Duties and Support the Migration Tool (CHANGEMAN). These duties will include identifying testing needs and participating in the implementation of new software or upgrade as needed.

MAINFRAME, MVS COBOL, JCL, SQL, SERENA CHANGEMAN OR OTHER CHANGE CONTROL TOOLS,

EXTENSIVE KNOWLEDGE OF THE CONFIGURATION MANAGEMENT PRINCIPLES AND PROCEDURES, AND SOFTWARE TESTING PROCEDURES.

SOFT SKILLS REQUIRED:

EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION SKILLS (WRITTEN AND ORAL), ADAPTABILITY, FLEXIBILITY, SELF-MOTIVATION, PROBLEM SOLVING, ANALYTICAL THINKING, TIME MANAGEMENT, ABILITY TO WORK EFFECTIVELY IN A STRESSFUL ENVIRONMENT
