2-4 year unix experience
computer science degree
good communication skills
good written skills
ITIL certification (not a show stopper)
Knowledge of autosysy
Knowledge of IT structure
Able to work with a multi cultured environment
Able to function under extreme pressure
Able to keep emotions under control
Able to communicate problems to proper support team
Able to perform level 1 trouble shooting
Able to work across multiple platforms (Domestic US and Global)

9. Be able to multi task and manipulate job runs.
10. Able to trigger ICC and IRT calls when needed.
