NTT Data currently seeks a Performance Test Analyst to join our team in Watertown, Massachusetts. 

  

Qualifications:

• The individual will be responsible for working with Project Teams to develop performance test plans on various projects working with and under the direction of the Performance Architect.  
• The individual will also direct performance test script analysts to assist with the development and execution of performance test scripts.  
• He/she will interface directly with the client and be responsible to provide results and recommendations based on the performance test strategy defined.
• 5-7 years experience in software development and quality assurance preferably in a Managed health care environment.
• At least 5 years experience of testing, with minimum 3 years of vigorous performance testing using LoadRunner/Performance Center tool, in a highly integrated complex J2EE n-tier environment
• Experience in communicating with all levels of management, business and IT departments and outside vendors/suppliers
• Ability to lead Performance Test Activities from Project inception to completion desired.
• Leadership abilities, team-building skills, knowledge of project management tools and techniques, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrable experience with and/or extensive knowledge of issues, both technical and professional, in the managed health care business.
• SkillsVery strong analytical and problem-solving ability
• Excellent skills in application and system tuning in the J2EE environment 
• Experience with Application Monitoring tools desirable (Dynatrace, Wily)
• Strong understanding of information management systems in support of business requirements and verification and validation of business solutions
• Ability to interact with system analysts, programmers, users and management in order to comprehend system projects in terms of application, priorities, and system environment.
• Ability to work cohesively toward the achievement of project goals and departmental directivesConstantly look for process improvements in the Performance Testing LifeCycle
• Ability to work in both Waterfall and Agile/Scrum environments

Working knowledge and experience in the following:

• Windows/UNIX/LINUX operating system environments
• N-tier architecture- Integrated technologies with cross-functional impact
• Oracle/SQL- AJAX. 
• Web 2.0 technologies
• Web Applications
• Virtual Servers and Environments
• Web Servers and Application Servers
• Enterprise Message Bus (Tibco)
• Job schedulers (TIDAL preferred)
• ETL Tools
