Must Have Skills:
· Need to have Strong Microstrategy Mobile development experience. Minimum of 5 yrs of solid MSTR development experience and should have experience in executing Mobile dashboard in atleast 1-2 projects is required. Exposure to Teradata will be helpful
· Should be able design BI reports, and should be able to code in a rapid development environment
· Adopt best practices in the Technical design and development
· Ensure efficient security and performance in Designing and developing MSTR codes
· Understand the Business requirements and Design the reports
· Must have thorough understanding of DWBI concepts, Data modeling, Strong analytical and Data validation skills
· Good experience in developing MicroStrategy schema objects like Attribute, Facts, Hierarchy, Transformation, Partition mapping
· Experience in using Pass through functions and In-Memory cubes
· Holds accountability for validation, configuration and implementation
· Review deliverables pertaining to reporting layer
· Good communication Skills (Written and Oral) to communicate their unique vision persuasively
· Must have Onsite-offshore co-ordination experience
· Need to have high delivery focus. May need to work during offshore/onsite over lapping hours like early morning or late night to communicate the architecture and design to offshore team and work with the offshore team
