POSITION : JAVA BACKEND LEAD---LOCATION : SAN JOSE, CA (NEED LOCALS)---DURATION : 6 +MONTHS

INTERVIEW : TELEPHONIC AND FACE TO FACE

Job Description (Backend):

 

Key technical skills required include ( 8+ years for lead) of java development experience, including:

. Expertise in all aspects of large scale Java web application development (coding, testing, deployment & maintenance).

. Strong Java, Servlets, Spring, SOAP, RESTful API Struts & Hibernate programming experience. REST knowledge is required

. Proficiency in various Libraries, Frameworks & Tools used for Java development including Maven 2, Subversion, Eclipse & JUnit.

. Hands on experience implementing Service Oriented Architecture (SOA ) using SOAP and/or RESTful APIs.

. Ability to work across various functional groups within an organization and delivering complex projects on time.

. Experience working with Development methodologies like Agile & Scrum

 

Technology skills :

. Cloud Computing Platforms like Amazon Web Services

. OSGi, Experience with noSQL stores [Riak, Cassandra etc…], Solr, Lucene

. Full product development life cycle experience

. Strong interpersonal skill and oral and written communication skills  

 

POSITION : SAP HCM KRONOS  CONSULTANT----LOCATION: BELLEVUE, WA----DURATION: 7+ MONTHS

 

1.       At least 5 years of SAP/Krono's experience (CATS)

2.       Acquisitions and Mergers experience

3.       SAP Time Management experience interfacing time data from Kronos core system to SAP CATS or the HR infotypes

4.       A expert knowledge of Organizational Management, Personnel Administration and Time Management

 

POSITION : SAP EHS CONSULTANT---LOCATION: MORRISTOWN, NJ----DURATION 3 MONTHS CTH

 

Required skills:

 

a)      At least 8-10 Years of experience on SAP EHS Management.

b)      Strong domain experience is required in addition to the SAP experience

c)       Experience on multiple end-to-end implementation projects for SAP EHS. Very clear understanding of Roll outs, upgrades.

d)      Have strong capability of designing a solution using SAP to achieve a defined business outcome in the area of EHS.

e)      Also Capable of collecting end-user business requirements, prepare Functional specifications for SAP EH&S functionality to satisfy requirements and design solutions using SAP technical development tools.

f)       Recommending the best practices followed relevant to the industry

g)      Knowledge of SAP direction and roadmap for the EHS functionality

h)      Continuously up skilling the self in new releases and areas of EHS.

i)        Exposure in ABAP and exposure to any of the other SAP modules

j)        SAP Solution Manager and ASAP methodology

k)      Change Management experience preferred

l)        Should have very strong experience on -

m)    SAP EHS Basic Data and Tools, EHS Data Structure, Product Safety (Including WWI, EHS Expert Rule Development, Report Shipping, Rule based MSDS authoring, Automatic MSDS generation, Set up WWI, Integration with external DMS for reports and report templates, Data Load methodologies.

n)      Dangerous Goods Management, Good amount of understanding in IATA, ADR, ADNR, RID, CIF, Store and Manage Regulatory Data, Classify Dangerous Goods, Perform checks during packaging and transport, Compile and Update Dangerous Goods Documentation.

o)      Global Label Management.

p)      Waste Management, very good understanding of various Hazardous waste disposal process, Manage Waste Master data, configure Waste Disposal processing and disposal documents

q)      SPRC (SAP Product and Reach Compliance) very good understanding of REACH, ROHS, WEEE, ELV, GADSL and various other legislation).

r)       SAP Substance volume tracking. Knowledge of Chemical Prohibition Laws.

s)       SAP Environment Compliance, Exposure to Carbon Management, Emission management, GHG protocol, GRI reporting, Emission Management.

t)       Industrial Hygiene & Safety , Set up of Work Areas, Agents, Risk Assessment and Safety Measures. Set up Incident Accident reporting and management and various reports.

u)      Occupational Health, Set up of Question Catalog and Questionnaire, Occupational Health Protocols, Set up Medical Service data, diagnoses, examination results, work restrictions, Set up Medical Protocol Scheduling

v)      Hazardous Substance Management, Generation of SARA reports

Audit management.

 

Basic Qualification:

Degree in Engineering or Science preferably Chemical or Environmental Science background

 

POSITION : SR. UNIX/LINUX ADMINISTRATOR-----LOCATION : SFO, CA (3 POSITIONS OPEN), SUNNYVALE, CA (15 POSITION OPEN)----DURATION : 6+ MONTHS

 

Job Responsibilities:

 

The ideal candidate is a technical generalist with skills ranging from production systems/network management and perhaps even  software development. This position requires an aggressive learner, a tenacious self starter and an effective organizer, with experience in systems administration, with development experience and performance tuning being a plus. This versatile position requires familiarity with all the support concepts of busy web sites: Systems and database administration; Networking; Process troubleshooting; QA and rollout automation.

 

                      Function as a technical generalist responsible for the overall health and performance of the assigned client's Property

                      Work independently on assigned projects, being willing and able to ask for help when needed and escalate problems as they arise.

                      Develop tools to automate the deployment, administration, and monitoring of a large-scale Linux environment

                      Gain deep application-level knowledge of the systems as well as contributing to their overall design

                      Work with development teams to harden, enhance, document, and generally improve the operability and maintainability of our systems

                      Identify and triage outages, monitor and remediate systems and network performance

                      Assist in the configuration/build-out of new deployments to facilitate our constant growth

                      Function as a key member of a cross-functional team to address new product deployment, system performance, capacity planning and SLA compliance.

                      Available to Participate in a 12x7 (daylight hours) on-call pager rotation

 

Minimum Job Qualifications

 

                      BS in Computer Science, BSEE or similar experience

                      2+ years experience doing project oriented systems administration

                      Extensive system administration background

                      Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills, including application and network-level troubleshooting ability

                      Knowledge of Unix/Linux, Apache, performance tuning concepts, and web applications

                      Experience using scripting languages to perform complex automation in a large-scale environment

                      Excellent written and verbal communication skills

                      Experience working with development teams

 

Preferred Job Qualifications

 

                      5+ years experience with Linux (RHEL a plus)

                      5+ years experience administering large-scale UNIX installations (ISP background a plus)

                      Experience with network designs, protocols, and troubleshooting.

                      Strong programming skills in one or more of: C, Perl, Python, Ruby, Java

                      Experience with SQL and commonly deployed database systems

                      Experience with high volume websites and deploying services to international audiences
