Job Title: QA Analyst With NASCO & NPS & BCBS Exp
Location: Wall Township NJ (NEED LOCAL)
Duration: 6-12+ months
Required Skills:
NASCO and NPS Systems, BCBS experience is a MUST
The candidate should have their own car.
5+ Years experience in a Healthcare Insurance Company(ie. member enrollment, claims, benefits)
Ability to analyze and develop Test Scenarios and Test Cases required to test the conversion and mentor Test Analysts in the same
Researches and resolves problems that occur during testing, log defects, defect trige and retest to ensure an accurate implementation of modifications to system logic
Validate Systems modifications
Review Requirements from Business Analysts to insure completeness and testability
Claims experience, ability to create and enter claims
Experience with Membership and Enrolment, able to enroll new members
Researches and resolves problems that occur during normal claims processing and assist in system testing to ensure an accurate implementation of modifications to system logic
Good Communication skills
Understanding of requirements definition, documentation, and review
Experience with Test Plan/ Strategy development
Proficient at Test Execution, including Defect Tracking and Reporting
Understanding of test environmental definition & planning
Understanding of testing processes and methodology
Able to customize test plans for each individual application as needed
Detail oriented
Organized
Good coordination, leadership and planning skills
