Business Systems Analyst (BI)-Must be Gc or Citizen & local to IL

Requirements:
Experience in creating technical documentation to be utilized by programming staff, including creation of use cases and technically-focused specifications, data flow diagrams, etc.
Experience coordinating between external parties.  I'm sure there will be a lot of data specs for us to coordinate and get agreement on. 
Experience in writing business process scenarios.
Ability to create architecture documents (both conceptual and actual)
Familiarity with SAS
Experience in Objected oriented analysis and design methodologies.
Knowledge of relational databases and Entity Relationship Diagrams
Experience with data modeling, data profiling
Agile methodology experience and ability to break down complex problems into manageable stories
In-depth practical understanding of requirements/analysis best practices
Minimum of 3-8 years of professional work experience that includes participation in software development projects, requirements lifecycle and system testing with at least 3 years of hands-on experience performing system analysis and software development.
Exceptional verbal and written communications skills

Preferred Skills:
Usage and experience using Mingle, Visio
Experience with email marketing, promotional campaigns, etc.
