Position: Scrum Master

Location: Cincinnati, OH

Duration: 12-18 Months

EAD, GC or citizens

 

Top Required Skills:

ScrumMaster, CSM

 

Job Description:

The critical experience needed is practical usage of Scrum techniques over multiple projects.

 

Job Functions:

-   Responsible for helping to drive Agile Scrum across major projects and working with current team members assigned to the projects to utilize it at a high level.

-   Help Establish and update project plans

-   Help with project meetings, project tracking and analysis.

-   Communicate process improvement updates to stakeholders.

 

Job Qualifications:

-   Expertise in Agile Scrum (Must have)

-   Proven track record of delivering on process improvement objectives

-   Proven problem solving and organizational skills.

-   Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate information to customers and to all levels within the organization.

-   Bachelor's degree or related equivalent work experience.

-   Certified ScrumMaster "CSM" (Highly desirable!)
