Technical/Functional Skills :Oracle PL SQL & Unix/ Oracle HR, CWB, Advance Benefit, Payroll

Experience Required  6+ Yrs
Roles & Responsibilities:
•Ability to resolve Incidents/Problems
•Ability to understand the project requirement and develop design document,Testcase
•Experience in complex Oracle application in a RDBMS environment.
•Strong knowledge in writing Oracle stored procedures, Packages and Functions.
•Write code for enhancing existing programs or developing new programs
•Detailed understanding of coding design and documentation protocol as well as unit testing, change management and release procedures
•Strong Analysis and Design skills required.
•Demonstrated experience using debugging tools, processes, and techniques
Generic Managerial Skills:
•Strong ability to influence and provide process and technical/functional direction
•Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
•IT and the business functional areas
•Must be able to co-ordinate with offshore team
•Knowledge in ITIL process
