System Engineer(Telecom Background)

Position: System Engineer(Telecom Background)
Location: St Louis, MO

Duration: 6-12 months

 

Skill/Technologies Required:

Preferred candidate with experience in System Engineering, Enterprise Architecture, Solution Design.

Functional understanding of Applications in Telecom Domain.

Technology experience in any Java/J2ee,PL/SQL, Workflow tools or any COTS based CRM Applications.

2-3 Years of Experience in Solution Design and Development with good understanding of Enterprise Telecom Architecture.

Good Communication Skill.

Good Client Interaction Skill.

Experience in End User Communication to capture and document end user requirements.

Knowledge of Telecom Project Life Cycle - Preferred if resource involved in at least one AT&T End to End Implementation.

 

Roles and Responsibilities :

Should be able to do System Engineering, Enterprise Architecture/Requirement Analysis and participate in Application Solution Design.

Should be able to write System Requirements, Design Docs and Technical Requirement Documents.

Experience of converting BRD/JRD in to Functional & Non-Functional System Requirements.

Should have knowledge on working with SOA (Web services preferably) based application.

Should be a good facilitator; knowledgeable in the business and technology domains.

Able to collaborate effectively with all types of stakeholders.

Candidates must have excellent oral and written communication skills in order to network and contact people across multiple organizations
