NEED Business Development Manager - Rapisource LLC


Rapisource LLC,  a leading US IT Staff Augmentation Company located in Texas, California and New York is seeking to fill the position of Business Development Manager. Minimum 4 to 6 years of experience in US Staffing and at least 2-3 Years as Resource Manager / Recruitment Manager /BDM with experience in US IT Staffing.


Excellent communication (written & verbal), negotiation and presentation skills.

Responsible for Primary account management to enhance relationship with the prospect/client.

Working with Fortune 500 companies to generate the new business opportunities.

Responsible for Business development through client/Tier-1 development.

Maintenance of the Account by covering all requirements of the individual contact.

Gathering hot requirements form Client from time to time and submitting suitable candidates.

Develop and maintain strong working relationships with vendors / Clients and other team members to create a partnership that yields success, predictable results and credibility

Identifying client business needs, make proposals for customized solutions.

Strong competence in lead generation, Prospecting Consultants / Clients and Client Relationship Management.

Understand the Client Hiring Requirements

Capability of Working on multiple requirements

Interaction with global managers

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Finding the clients who are ready for outsourcing, pay rolling and temp staffing in IT Industry.
  • Meet the new & existing clients and fix contract with them.
  • Understanding the sourcing needs of the clients and fulfilling them
  • Preferable to have expertise in building the TOP networks and New Client Acquisition from scratch.
  • Candidates are preferred who have good network with Senior Executives of MNCs
  • Initiating contact with potential customers for developing leads
  • Preferable to have complete recruitment life cycle from sourcing to hiring
  • Regular HR activities
