Requirement Details

POSITION        Business Analyst

LOCATION       Durham, NC 27701

DURATION       6 months

INTERVIEW      phone and eventual face/face  (required)

 

DESCRIPTION

• Work closely with business unit to create new or improved business processes/systems.
• Review and research business processes/systems to identify issues or potential enhancements.
• Present findings and solutions to business unit.
• Coordinate the testing and validation efforts to ensure process/system changes will integrate effectively into the overall business process.
• Work with various groups (e.g., technology developers, managers) to implement solutions that are in line with strategic goals and that specifically improve workflow.

 

REQUIREMENTS

• Extensive knowledge of the business unit's products, services and processes.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work well independently and with others.
• Ability to prioritize multiple complex projects and meet deadlines.
• Excellent project management skills.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

• Undergraduate degree required.
• 2-4 years of related experience
