Job Title: Java Architect
Duration: Long Term
Location : Denver, CO
Skills & Experience :
• At-least 5 year's experience as java architect.
• Technical skills and knowledge in the areas of Java/J2EE, Apache Camel, Database (Oracle, MySql), Tomcat, Spring Framework, CXF etc to recommend and deliver optimal application structure.
• Strong knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and Web Services.
• Experience with performance tuning complex applications is a must.
• Experience with instrumentation/analysis tools to identify system performance and scalability bottlenecks.
• Experience with Java code profiling and diagnostic tools like dynatrace, CA Introscope, Jprofiler etc.
• Knowledge of relational databases in particular, query plan analysis / tuning, contention/locking analysis and tuning.
• Ability to learn and understand the system architecture quickly in a dynamic environment.
• Familiar with Enterprise architecture.
• Familiar with SOA [consumer].
• Good leadership qualities, communication and coordination.
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills. A big part of this job is communicating effectively with other development teams and offshore
• Experience in Object Oriented design and Design patterns.
• Good exposure to Software processes (SDLC).
• Works well in a team environment.
• Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
