Looking for a developer to develop internal web-based business applications. Candidate must be able to design, develop, build and deploy Ruby on Rails web applications which reads and writes data to an Oracle database. Candidate must also have experience using client-side Javascript to enhance the UI components in the web application.
Qualifications:
* At least 3 years of experience developing complex web applications on large
scale projects
* At least 2 years of production-level Ruby on Rails experience
* At least 5 years of object-oriented programming and MVC design
* Strong SQL development and performance tuning
* Expert skill level with HTML5, CSS3, JSON
* Experience with JQuery, ExtJS or other Javascript libraries
* Must be able to work on a team with business analysts, user
interaction designers and back-end developers
* Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
* Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
