Job Title: QA Analyst

Location: Milwaukee, WI

Duration: 9 months

This person will be the main Software Quality Assurance and testing expert on a project team and responsible for all testing activities, including but not limited to planning, coordination, case creation, scripting and execution of testing required for each software change. The person will also be responsible for identifying ways to bring testing efficiencies to the team through better coordination, test automation, tools, etc. 

Required Skills 

• 3 years QA experience 

• Ability to analyze complex business concepts and break them down into scenarios and cases. 

• Experience in functional and regression test planning, design and execution. 

• Enthusiastic about learning new concepts and tools 

• Proficiency in creation, maintenance and execution of manual and automated test cases 

• Knowledge of Quality Assurance methodologies within the Software Development Lifecycle 

• Passionate about testing, finding defects, resolving issues 

Desired Skills 

• Experience in the brokerage industry 

• Past business analyst experience 

• Familiarity with a mainframe CICS environment and batch applications 

• 5 years QA experience 

• Experience with HP Quality Center 

• Experienced in use of automated tests 

• Knowledge of SQL 

• Quality Assurance or testing certification
