Currently, we are seeking Android Developer (5 positions) for our client in Bay Area. The required skill set is as follows:
Role: Android Developer
Location: Bay Area,CA
Duration: 6+ months
· The ideal candidate for this role will also have the following qualifications:
· A passion for mobile device technologies, especially Android
· At least one year of experience working on Android mobile development
· A minimum of 5+ years of software development background, including development of products for the Android and/or iOS platforms
· Strong knowledge (at least 3 years of hands-on experience) with Java and/or Objective-C
· Knowledge of wide range of mobile platforms, tools & toolkits
· Self-starter personality; can work independently
· Solid debugging and troubleshooting skills
· Experience with XML, JSON, and REST-based APIs
· Bachelor's degree required
Desired Qualifications:
· Web application development experience
· Solid understanding of the Web technology stack (JavaScript, CSS, HTML, TCP/IP, HTTP)
· Familiarity or experience with databases
· HTML5 expertise
