Position : Java developer
Location : Chandler,AZ
Duration : 6 months +ext (up to 18 months)

MUST HAVES
7 years’ experience with Java
front â€" end development
comfortable with bug fixing and all code maintenance (minimal new development required)
previously worked with fixing multiple patching errors
5 years’ experience Oracle PL/SQL backend development
Root Cause Analysis
PL/SQL and Java
the ability to re-engineer/ re-design code and create solutions
digging in to find issues in code (not provided specs to new development)
Demonstrated experience in Java Application Frameworks
preferably STRUTS, JSP, JavaScript
Ability to articulate experience surrounding Source Code management
SVN or equivalent
7 years’ experience with Java

This job will require you to work on an internal application with a Java frontend and an Oracle backend. This is a pre-existing application that will be pulling data from multiple systems. Your role will be to re-work the existing code and to expose data that needs to be fixed. You will be working to create the specs and development from what already exists.
