Job Description:

 

Candidates must have:

•           2-4 years of Java Development experience

•           2-4 years' active/current Agile experience

•           Certified ScrumMaster/Scrum practitioner

•           Excellent communication skills, active listening, and writing skills

•           Excellent people and relationship building skills to foster a teamwork environment

•           Effective negotiation skills to facilitate decisions , concerns, and issues in a timely manner

•           Ability to adapt, be flexible, and work well in a cross-functional, self-organizing and self-directing team environment

•           Ability to quickly establish credibility and rapport with team members

•           Ability to help with clarity of purpose and goals for release and sprint planning

•           Excellent organizational skills including ability to prioritize tasks efficiently with high level of attention to detail
