Job Description:

• Experience in solution architecture, primarily focusing on business requirements
• Knowledge in ERP package solutions such as SAP ECC, CRM, etc
• Deep knowledge in marketing and service functionality
• Outstanding leadership and team building skills, including strong problem solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Up-to-date understanding of market trends and keen interest in following emerging technologies
• Excellent SAP content and design skills with solid knowledge of SAP technology, standards, protocols, and cutting edge interactivity.
• Minimum 5 years of techno-functional experience.
• Good knowledge of SAP structures, configuration standards, object dependencies and tables
• ABAP programming skills; SAP query capabilities a plus.
• Desire and ability to assist colleagues in a team-oriented way to develop new technical knowledge and skills.
• Have experience in systems development and support, including installation and support of vendor software, learn and development expertise in new skills as required. 
• Ability to translate short and long-range strategic plans for architecture into design and implementation of current and future applications.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral/presentation and written communication skills in both technical and non-technical language.
• Conceptual and analytical thinker – ability to extract, analyze and document complex business and technical requirements/strategies from customers and IT team members.
• Experience with MS Windows-based development tools including:   MS Excel, Word and Power Point
