• Maintain and support HFM (Hyperion Financial management) and FDM (Financial Data Quality Management) applications including managing system security, data processing, and troubleshooting user issues including Smart View
• Support consolidation processes while working closely with Controllership and FP&A finance teams to ensure timely budget/forecast submission and reporting
• Maintain metadata changes and mapping tables between all financial systems as needed and communicate changes to global users and management
• Create Company standard reports using FR report writer.
• Take responsibility and ownership for query/problem/issue resolution, process improvement and fixing the root cause of problems in the application support processes
• Meet individual objectives and contribute to the achievement of the teams overall objectives
• Meet performance objectives relating to turnaround times on problem resolution
• Identify problem areas in regards to processes and work with the team to generate solutions and escalate to management as appropriate
• Manage downtime expectation and communicate to users
• Work collaboratively and effectively within a team of peers
• Demonstrate the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams
• Assist when necessary with other support team within FIS
• Work closely with Operations team to identify system problems and provide solutions to minimize outages
