Solution Architect
Work Location : Manhattan, NY
Duration : 12 Months Contract
Rate : Market

Required :

10+ years of experience in the design and Architecture of solutions to meet client requirements and deliver business benefits. 
Provide and manage the technical scope of the project. Work with the project manager and team to create a viable project plan. 
Good understanding on WebCenter Suite 11g, Oracle ADF 11g, SOA Suite 11g, Oracle BPM, Java/J2EE and UCM Architecture.
Hands on experience on designing end to end projects using above listed Oracle technologies.  Identify and understand the integration points of the solution.
Proactively support the project manager in the flawless execution of the project by identifying and leading the mitigation of any technical gaps and/or risks. 
Represent Clarity at any client governance meetings to discuss technical aspects of the project and make recommendations to enhance/progress the solution. 
Provide technical direction and mentoring for all project resources.  Ensure that recommended architecture is in line with industry best practices and current technology. 
Be a contributor to the creation of best practices through the identification of reusable project-level assets. 
Keep abreast of new technology, methods and techniques to understand how they might be applied to the client's environment. Independent worker with minimal direction. 
Excellent leadership, communications and negotiation skills (i.e., can lead/motivate people, manage multiple priorities and drive effective collaboration across groups).
Should be an excellent team player.
