In addition, the Company is the world's largest manufacturer and marketer of metal detection systems used in production and packaging.

We are currently working on a global strategic business transformation program aimed at standardazing our major business processes globally and introducing SAP.

The SAP Application Management team is a globally acting group that handles all SAP Business Users concerns. The Regional Application Management Americas Hub in the US is the local partner of the Business in order to ensure a successful run of the  Global SAP template.

For our Global SAP Application Management organization we are loking for an experienced

SAP CRM Expert

Role/Purpose:

The SAP Application Expert CRM is responsible for the operation of SAP processes in the areas of Service. This is a position in a Global team with team members in Asia, Europe and the Americas with a joint commitment to supporting the SAP business users in all  units in the day-to-day operations. This position reports directly to the Regional SAP Application Management Americas Hub Lead. Responsibilities for this position in an international operating environment are listed below.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

·         Partner with Business Key and Power Users in their daily work, especially after Go-Live of new units

·         Second Level Support for Integrated ERP Solution in the area of CRM (Incident and Service management)

·         Monitor and enable SLA fulfillment on all support levels

·         Analysis & monitoring of critical customer situations in CRM and ECC

·         Close cooperation with Global Functional Leads and India Delivery Center

·         Professional, proactive communication with business users and colleagues

·         Resolution of system and process issues occurring in the productive environment

·         Design, specification, test, documentation and implementation of changes to business processes

·         Monitoring, analyzing, tuning, and optimizing business processes and interfaces in close cooperation with the SAP Template and Deployment teams

·         Work with Power Users on establishing an effective support structure for SAP

 

 

Critical Competencies/Minimum Requirements:

·         At least 3 years working experience with SAP CRM

·         Experience in 2 of the following modules: Sales, Service, Marketing, WebChannel

·         Experience in WebUI Customizing

·         Experience in supporting an integrated ERP solution ensuring that the business solution performs effectively

·         Language skills: Proficient in English written and oral

·         Strong team player with a critical, yet result-oriented and positive attitude

·         Extensive communication and presenation skills

·         Ability to work in a global environment (cultural awareness)

·         Long Term Commitment

·         Open for travel depending on business needs
