Rate - $50/hr c-c
Resource to assist with documenting procedures and diagrams that is related
to our current projects. Provide on-site support for the various Windows
applications. Assist Senior level personnel with server administration and
support. Any administrative functions to support the functions of the
Windows group.
Service Center Monitoring: Incident, Problem and Change resolution.
ITO: Provide assistance with Compliance and Security monitoring. Assist
with ongoing effort to ITO remediated on the entire Windows servers'
infrastructure.
EG: Assist with EG agent's installations on the Windows servers as
needed to ensure compliance
Asset Center Cleanup: Work with the Windows teams to review Asset Center
data (populating all empty fields, removing decommissioned / retiring
servers, etc.)
SCCM Remediation:Assist with troubleshooting SCCM on Windows based
servers
ESM Remediation: Assist with ESM incidents for each server/item that is
non-compliant by fixing local server policies.
Active Directory:Assist with troubleshooting all issues related or
associated with active directory.
LAN Administration:Assist with reviewing and processing user requests
submitted via the WAG and IC LAN ID DB.
Sharepoint Administration:Assist with basic sharepoint administration
File Services Administration: Assist the administration for department
file shares and user folders.
Microsoft System Center Suite: Assist with basic SCCM / SCOM
administration
3rd Level Support: Provide technical support for the EUS team when
required.
