Position: UNIX Admin

Location: MN

 

The UNIX Administrator is required to have the following:
- Must have previously worked within a complex Unix/Linux environment as a Systems Administrator in a government agency. (min 6 years)
- Experience hardware Administration such as backup tape swapping.
- Ability to monitor, suggest best practices, install system enhancements, and perform disaster recovery within a Unix/Linux environment.
- Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing database performance and trends.
- Scripting experience (shell, bash, perl, python, etc). (min 4 years)
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
