Qualifications include:

Bachelorsdegree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.

5+years experience in information technology.

Soliddevelopment experience in Windows .NET, ASP.NET, COM+/DCOM, Web Services,C#/C++, IIS/Apache, ASP, XML, WCF.

Experiencein /Oracle, XLS/XSLT, Business Objects is a plus.

Coursework or experience in the following areas is desirable: Reporting tools, storedprocedures, data structures, programming languages, systems analysis anddesign, object oriented analysis and design, object oriented programming,database management systems, data communications, control structures, networks.

Insuranceor Financial background is a plus.

Demonstratedsuccess in project execution with involvement in multiple projects.

Excellentcommunication skills to build relationships across the organization from thebusiness through enterprise IT organization.

Experiencein various Software development life cycle/methodology.

Largeenterprise development experience in complex heterogeneous process orientedenvironments is a plus.

Excellenttime management, communication, and organization skills.

Project details:

Candidatewill be working on a conversion project migrating data from one applicationversion to another.  This will also include upgrading specific .Netapplications to a more current version along with other development changeswithin the current environment
