Requriment:

 Minimum 3 years IT development experience. 

Good communication skills. 

Java: practical experience of pattern usage, especially Factory pattern. 

Webservice. 

Sql: Sybase, Oracle, MS/SQL(2005/2008) 

Prior experience with eclipse
