Role: SAP ABAP with HCM

Location: Kansas City, MO

Duration: 3+ Months

Note: Local consultants are preferred

 

Job Description

·   Must have a minimum of 3 projects full life cycle as an SAP Adobe Form Designer along with 8 years SAP support/enhancement project experience.

·   Must be able to create custom Adobe Forms using Adobe Lifecycle Designer v. 9 in transaction code SFP, based on requirements from the customer.

·   Minimum of 3 years experience with SAP HCM functionality, particularly in the area of SAP Benefits. Need to have a good understanding of HR configuration and data tables.

·   6 years experience in ABAP coding, to update Adobe interfaces and create Adobe form generation programs that can be run in the HCM back-end.

·   Must have experience with taking existing HR paper forms and converting them into SAP Adobe forms, along with rendering graphics, colors and fonts. Setting form conditions based on SAP data.

·   Prefer project experience with creating Adobe Interactive Forms and the HR Processes and Forms functionality.

·   Capable of resolving Adobe Form production break fixes accordingly to business priority within SLAs. Need to have some exposure to other SAP HCM components (PY, TM, OM, PA, ECM) and business processes.

·   Willingness and ability to train other SAP HRIS resources in Adobe Form development in Adobe Lifecycle Designer.

·   Troubleshooting and analytical skills required.

·   Ability to identify solutions and communicate recommendations to the business users in non-technical terms, required.

·   Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

·   Ability to work under pressure, self motivated, must be able identify and resolve issues and meet deliverables deadlines.

·   Will interact directly with team members other vendors and client resources to gather / confirm requirements, validate design / development decisions, coordinate testing, assist with issue resolution and provide ticket status.
