Job Description 
Experience / Education Requirements:
5+ years of software development / design experience in a computer engineering / telecommunications field
Undergraduate / Graduate degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering

Technical Experience/Requirements:
Ability to read and interpret technical specifications
Ability to write design interface specifications / test case specifications
Proficiency in more than one of the following programming languages / frameworks:
C/C++
Java, EJB, Swing, Netbeans
Perl / Shell / PHP
Proficiency in a Unix or Linux environment.
Experience with Service Oriented Architectures / J2EE Application Platform
Experience with one or more of the following web service protocols:
HTTP, SOAP, REST
Experience with one or more of the following signaling / telephony / messaging protocols:
SIP, SMTP, SMPP, IMAP, LDAP
Experience with threaded programming
Experience with source control systems.
Experience with one or more debuggers.
Familiarity with Database Design / Scaling Architectures
SQL
LDAP
Non-SQL (Column / TableBased, KeyValuePair, etc)
