Summary
We seek a business analyst to work with the business, operations and technology representatives from the bank to support an Investment Bank division business restructuring. The winning candidate will need to update a collection of trading books (ledgers) for each desk/asset class/unit of traders. Each reorganization and book update triggers a multi-step process with business stakeholders. Due to this reorg, about 50 books each week are updated on average, and an additional 300 will need to be updated before the end of the year.

Desired Skills and Experience
Manage communications with stakeholders at the bank to drive these steps:

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree
4+ years of experience in Project Management work
Experience in financial markets and/or Wealth Management
Strong analytical, and problem solving skills
Strong organizational, multitasking and prioritization skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.

· Trading Book Experience is must for this position
