Overview:

SunTrust is in need of a web based developer to delivers technically complex solutions primarily on consumer lending front end processing technologies. A developer with previous demonstrated work on projects that have implemented/enhanced these technologies is high desired. The developer has to have experience in performing system integration support for all project work and engage in problem resolution as required.

Responsibilities:

Leads and participates in the development, testing, implementation, maintenance, and support of highly complex solutions in adherence to SunTrust standards. May mentor less experienced developers. Development includes but is not limited to customized coding, software integration, analysis, configuring solutions using state of art latest MS Windows and Web platform and distributed technologies. Leads/conducts robust unit testing and provides testing support for subsequent release testing.  Creates detailed technical designs with documentation for highly complex solutions and validates implementation plans.  Communicates project schedules, status and issues to ensure project awareness. Independently prioritize activities and provide direction or assistance as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's in a relevant field of work or an equivalent combination of education and work related experience. 8 years progressive work related experience with demonstrated mastery of technical and business knowledge (as well as multiple disciplines/processes related to the position). Has the ability to lead/mentor less experienced staff or projects in area of expertise.  Demonstrated knowledge and experience with the following:

·         Asp.Net Web Forms and MVC, C#, NUnit, T/SQL, SSIS, SSRS, HTML 5, JQuery, CSS, XML, XSD, XSLT, XPath, Visual Studio 2010 and 2012, and MS-SQL Server 2008.

·         Understanding on Entity Framework and Linq,

·         Front coding JQuery, JavaScript and AJAX

·         Familiarity with Agile practices:Test Driven Development, design patterns and SOLID principles

·         Experience utilizingInversion of Control(IoC)

·         Ability to analyze, research or query data sets using SQL

·         Familiarity with ETL and dimensional schemas

·         Experience building and consuming web services (SOAP, REST, WSDL, etc.)

·         Good communication and analytics skills
