Job Description:

Must have good hands on testing experience of the PEGA application itself (not some other app that integrated with PEGA)

Must be able to estimate projects and define the tasks considered during the estimation process

Good to have experience building a PEGA COE

Good to have PEGA specific certification
Must understand QA methodology

Good understanding of testing concepts - STLC, metrics, defects life cycle

Good experience in agile model of test design and execution

Good experience in test estimation, defect management, root cause analysis Onsite offshore coordination, review test artifacts before delivering it to the client Mentor team members, prepare knowledge management plan Scripting,

Good analytical skills and should be able to understand and scope requirements and prepare test scenarios, test conditions and test cases.

 

Primary Skills:

Pega tools like PAL, PLA, Autotest, TMF

Clipboard and tracer
